Our goal is not to "get you into something" and grab a quick commission. Our goal is to find a home or property that gives you peace and makes you feel truly at home. We know you could find your dream home on the first day of viewing properties but it often takes days, weeks, even months. Some people have a firm vision of what they want to buy while others need to view many properties before a picture begins to form. Most of the time even those buyers with a firm vision eventually fall in love with a property that is a little different than what they thought they wanted.
We promise not to waste your time. We talk with you and we listen to find out what you want. As we work with you we have a clearer picture of what you want and need. When we get together we will have properties that are selected specifically for you. We don't believe in dragging you through a property just because we listed it or because it is an office listing. Your time is valuable. There are many properties on the market now and we will find a number of them that satisfy your requirements. After all, the goal is not to show property but to find one you will love.
We utilize whatever technology is available but we remember that this is a business of personal relationships. We use email whenever possible to give you property information in the timeliest manner. We keep our clients informed. First about the listings and later about the progress of the escrow. We answer calls from our clients as soon as possible so they never feel isolated or abandoned. We are always happy to answer real estate questions, even if not directly related to your escrow.
Finally, we babysit your escrow as if it were our own home. We protect your interests when we write up the purchase contract. We schedule inspections and verify reports. We watch the deadlines to ensure you don't miss anything. Nothing is certain until the escrow closes and we diligently follow it from the day you sign the purchase contract until the day you move in. Then and only then do we relax.
